Born in 1986 in Quito, Ecuador, Gil Pinheiro grew up in Luxembourg. He studied animation and video games in Paris, then VFX in London. Most of his experience Gil gained while working for Luxembourgish animation studio Zeilt Productions and visual effects company NAKO FX.
