Coming from Saarbrücken take the A623 motorway in the direction of Neunkirchen, take exit 1-Friedrichsthal, turn right and take the A8 towards Mannheim, Neunkirchen, Karlsruhe. Take exit 23-Neunkirchen-Spiesen and continue on the B41 towards Neunkirchen, Ottweiler, St. Wendel for about 3.5km. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Neunkirchen, Ottweiler. At the next roundabout, turn left towards Ottweiler, St. Wendel and follow the B41 until you reach Ottweiler. At the first intersection turn right into Saarbrücker Straße. After about 50m you will find the Alte Apotheke (Old Pharmacy) on your left side of the street.
