Today, the downtown market square is humming with life, a bustling place boasting a rich variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Built in 1759/1760 by F.J. Stengel, the baroque fountain at the centre of St. John's Square is a popular meeting point from which numerous historic alleyways diverge into different directions
